Guacamole

Guacamole can be quickly made in less than 5 minutes.  It can be used for a lunch, an appetizer, or for dinner itself.

 

Starting with the base of avocadoes, lime, and pink salt, multiple ingredients can be added in depending on personal preference. Personally, we love garlic, onions, baby spinach, and cheese.  Jalapeños can be added for a spicy kick.

Traditional Guacamole Ingredients

• Avocado

• Lime

• Pink Salt

​

Optional

• Diced Jalapeños

• Diced Onions

• Shredded Baby Spinach

• Garlic

• Mozzarella cheese

• Avocado

• Crushed pineapple or pineapple chunks

• Pink Salt

• Black Beans

​

Optional

• Diced Onions

• Shredded Baby Spinach

• Mozzarella cheese

Directions

1. Peal and pit 2-3 avocados and place them in a large mixing bowl (increase or decrease the amount of avocados depending on how many people you are serving - typically 1 per person is a good measurement).

 

2. Mash avocados with a fork or potato masher until you reach a smooth consistency (some chunks are ok and actually preferred by some for texture).

 

3. Add in other ingredients and mix with a fork (do not mash them in).

 

4. Season with pink salt.
